Orders are processed in the order they are received. Once an order is placed, we will do our best to complete and ship it within the estimated time frame provided. Custom orders may require additional time. You will be notified if delays occur.

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective items only. Please contact us with photos and order details. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged.
